Our products are personalized & custom and are exempt from the right of withdrawal and as such are not returnable as per Etsy policy. We will work with you to resolve issues such as damage in shipping or if an error was made on our part. If you made an error in the personalization, style, pattern, font or color selection then it's up to you whether you wish to reorder at your own expense.
