SIZING FOR DECALS & DIY IRON ON HTV: Words, names, titles are normally measured in width.
Monograms are normally measured in width if the overall shape isn't a circle or square.
Single Letters/Numbers: Measured at tallest point
Irregular Shapes: Measured at widest or tallest point of design

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Drink Ware: Personalized, Powder Coated or Glittered cups, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses/flutes are gentle hand wash only, as are the items to which vinyl decals are applied. Acrylic Lids/Straws may be placed on top rack of dishwasher.
Apparel: Headbands, Shirts, Items to which you will apply iron on HTV, Bags, Socks, Leg Warmers etc. are gentle cycle machine washable or hand wash, low heat dryer or hang dry. No bleach. Strong detergents, liquid fabric softeners not recommended.
Decals applied to Autos: Safe to go through car wash, patterned, printed adhesive vinyl may not hold up as well as solid colors.

SHIPPING/TRACKING QUESTIONS
How do I track my package? It is Buyer's responsibility to track packages once they have shipped. Etsy sends a shipping notification with your tracking number to your email when your item ships. You must have notifications turned on in your Etsy account to receive emails from Etsy.
From your Account tab>Purchases and Reviews>Click Track Package>Click view complete tracking history or tracking number. Click or copy/paste the tracking number into the USPS website to view most up to date tracking info.
For packages showing "still in transit" or "package delayed". This could be due to weather or other events. Next steps: either call USPS directly or sign up for email or text updates 1-800-275-8777. Seller is not liable for package delays.

PROCESSING TIME vs. SHIPPING TIME
Processing time is calculated by business days and includes prep, design & creation time before your item ships. Shipping time is the time in transit to you after your order leaves the shop. USPS First Class Mail shipping time is normally 2-5 days. USPS Priority Mail is normally 2-3 days, but these are only estimates.
Decals and Iron on HTV designs and socks leave the shop in 3-5 days
Flip Flops leave the shop in 2-3 weeks
Most drinkware sets, ring dish sets and Flannel Shirts leave the shop 1-2 weeks.
Processing time is found under shipping/policies tab and is usually visible at checkout. Ship by date is found on your digital receipt.
