Very nice lady, however, I feel like people need to know what they are getting. I would go to the next place for personalized flip flops. These came with the names, but you can absolutely see gobs of white-out under the lettering (guessing there was a brand name there or something) and they covered it with white out and then put the names on top. they look pretty gaudy!

The sandals turned out super cute BUT then all the letters rubbed off within ten minutes of wearing them. I got them for my bridesmaids and we didn’t even get a chance to use them for pictures or anything because they were ruined just from walking in them for a little bit. 😞
