Design is professionally pressed using heat press and sublimation inks onto bed of flip flop. While these are novelty items, durability of design depends upon use & wear. The shop makes no warranties regarding longevity of design. There are no refunds on these items, pair replacement is available if error is made in personalization on that pair. Subject to size/color availability. Colors/hues may vary across devices. Photos are examples of previous work only. Please see shop policies for more info.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES Custom & personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If a mistake is made on seller's part, we will work with you to resolve, time for your event permitting. It is Buyer's responsibility to read the listing details and provide need by date, correct personalization details in personalization box such as size, name or title and making preferred selections from the listing's drop down menus.
