Hat Press Specifications: Operating at 110V with a 550W/10A power rating. Temperature Range: 32-455°F; Time Range: 0-999 seconds. Features an adjustable pressure knob to accommodate various hat materials and thicknesses.
Versatile Heat Platens: Includes a 6.7" x 3.8" curved upper heating plate and two interchangeable lower platens (Sizes: 6.7" x 3.8" and 6.7" x 2.5"). Compatible with structured caps, low-profile caps, and various other headwear styles.
Molded Silicone Lower Platen: The base features a specialized molded silicone surface designed to distribute heat evenly while minimizing the risk of scorched marks or visible transfer lines on the fabric.
Integrated Cap Stretcher: The adjustable cap tensioner can be secured in position, allowing for two-handed placement of the hat. This ensures a smooth, wrinkle-free surface for high-quality heat transfers.
Ergonomic & Compact Design: The space-efficient frame provides ample clearance between the loading area and the machine base. This allows for easy rotation of the hat during printing while the brim hangs naturally without interference.
Digital Control & Alert System: Equipped with an upgraded time and temperature gauge. An audible 5-beep notification alerts the user once the target temperature is reached or the timer concludes.
Optimized Heating Surface: The machine design allows for centered placement on the lower platen to provide a flat and expansive heating area, ensuring consistent results for multi-angle headwear decoration.
