After payment you will download your order found under your purchases tab on Etsy.
Click the link in the pdf you just downloaded to edit in Canva. There is also a zip folder to see which designs you have ordered, BUT to edit the designs you must CLICK the link in the pdf.
Font styles and color, text, the background color, and most elements are editable in Canva
Some elements should be free, not all elements in the templates are free with the standard Canva version. If not you can either delete or replace those. You can also upgrade to paid version in Canva, but many designs should be editable with the free version. It's up to you whether you decide to use the free version of Canva or a paid version.
The shop does not refund for digital items but we can help with some technical questions.

Most of our items are either custom or personalized and can be ordered from each individual listing. We also work with you to create individualized items. We do not accept returns but may be able to offer an exchange.

For EU & UK Buyers

Our products are personalized & custom and are exempt from the right of withdrawal and as such are not returnable as per Etsy policy. We will work with you to resolve issues such as damage in shipping or if an error was made on our part. If you made an error in the personalization, style, pattern, font or color selection then it's up to you whether you wish to reorder at your own expense.
