All elements should be free, if not you can either delete or replace those. You can also upgrade to paid version in Canva, but most designs should be editable with the free version. It's up to you whether you decide to use the free version of Canva or a paid version.
The shop does not refund for digital items.

Our products are personalized & custom and are exempt from the right of withdrawal and as such are not returnable as per Etsy policy. We will work with you to resolve issues such as damage in shipping or if an error was made on our part. If you made an error in the personalization, style, pattern, font or color selection then it's up to you whether you wish to reorder at your own expense.
