SHIPPING/TRACKING QUESTIONS
How do I track my package? It is Buyer's responsibility to track packages once they have shipped. Etsy sends a shipping notification with your tracking number to your email when your item ships. You must have notifications turned on in your Etsy account to receive emails from Etsy.
From your Account tab>Purchases and Reviews>Click Track Package>Click view complete tracking history or tracking number. Click or copy/paste the tracking number into the USPS website to view most up to date tracking info.
For packages showing "still in transit" or "package delayed". This could be due to weather or other events. Next steps: either call USPS directly or sign up for email or text updates 1-800-275-8777.
