I ordered Feb 4th, ship date was "on or before" Feb 25th. Item hadnt shipped by then so I contacted seller to find out status, she said she would check. Next day, I hadn't heard anything so I asked if she found out anything. She said "tracking will be updated shortly"...by her response I thought my order would ship out by end of day. When I didn't get a shipping notification, I sent a message asking about it. I got no response before bed that night so I sent a message that I wasnt happy about the lack of communication & was starting to regret my order. She responds the next day saying there was no lack of communication & something happened with the order that was beyond her control. As a seller, she should have notified me of the delay. Order finally shipped Mar 2. Satisfied with items, but not the sellers customer service.
